I built the Soft60 app because I could not find anything that did what I needed it to do. Everything out there was either a habit tracker dressed up in wellness language, or a meditation app that felt like it was designed for someone who had already figured everything out. Neither of those was useful to me.
Soft60 is different. It is a 60-day nervous system reset built for women who are high-functioning on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside. Women who have the strategy, the vision, the work ethic, and still find themselves stuck in the same patterns. Not because they are not trying hard enough. Sixty days is not arbitrary. It is the minimum amount of time required to begin rewiring a nervous system pattern that has been running for years. Most programs ask you to change your behaviour in a weekend. That is not how the body works.

The 60-day program is self-paced, which means you move through it on your own schedule. Most women do one calibration per day, in the morning before they open their phone or start their work. That is the recommendation. But the app is designed to meet you where you are.
